A new law that, among other things, removed the cap limit on VA loans was signed into law on Tuesday by Pres. Trump. Over the years VA loans have helped raise veteran homeownership to 75% and this new law, the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act will make it even easier for veterans to become part of the American dream of owning their own homes.
The law, which was passed unanimously by the Senate, eliminates the cap on loans guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Not only that, it also puts a limit on proposed VA home loan fees.
