Dock 86 is just 3 slips away from the main canal for easy access to the bay and wider maneuvering when launching or returning your jet skis or boat. This slip was rebuilt in 2022 with Trex lumber in, dock padding on ends and pilings, a safety ladder, and dock box. The slip includes a 10,000 lb. lift (new motors in March 2023), Gem controller with remote control, and new aluminum bunks and a center walkway in 2022 that is configured for two jet skis but can be easily modified for your boat. Water and electricity are included at the dock. Parking is available right at the slip and nice community benches located in the shade at the dock provide a comfortable view of the water and a place for boating companions to visit. You must be a condo owner in the Bay Beach Lane community to purchase a dock at Hibiscus Pointe. There is an extra HOA transfer fee of $75.00 fee and 75.00 recording fee.
